扶正消脂饮食方对脑卒中偏瘫患者综合功能的影响

Effect of Fuzheng Xiaozhi Diet on the Comprehensive Functions of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

  • 摘要: 目的 研究扶正消脂饮食方对脑卒中偏瘫患者综合功能的影响。方法 将120例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例(至观察期满,实验组完成58例,对照组完成50例),2组患者均给予常规治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上加用扶正消脂饮食方。分别于入选时(T0)、治疗3月末(T1)、治疗6月末(T2)、治疗12月末(T3)以功能综合评定量表(FCA)对2组患者进行综合功能(含运动功能和认知功能)评定及血脂水平检测。结果 2组患者运动功能、综合功能总分、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和总胆固醇(TC)干预主效应、时间主效应均有统计学差异(P<0.05~0.01),血脂各指标、认知功能干预时间主效应有统计学差异(P<0.05~0.01);T1、T2、T3时间点实验组运动功能、综合功能总分及HDL水平均高于对照组(P<0.05~0.01),T2、T3时间点实验组认知功能及TC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05~0.01),T3时间点实验组LDL水平高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 扶正消脂饮食方可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能、认知功能、综合功能和血脂水平,值得推广应用。
