复肾汤对db/db小鼠肾脏病变的影响
Effects of Fushen Decotion on Renal Lesion in db/db Mice

摘要: 目的 观察复肾汤对db/db小鼠肾脏病变的影响。方法 正常对照组为雄性C57小鼠8只,常规饲养。雄性db/db鼠24只,正常饲养1周,血糖稳定升高4周后分为模型组、复肾汤小剂量组(L1)、复肾汤大剂量组(L2)。模型组灌胃给予生理盐水;L1组按FST 13 mg/(kg·d)灌胃;L2组按FST 39 mg/(kg·d)灌胃;连续8周,定期测体质量、血糖。实验结束后,采集血清,检测T-chol、BUN、SOD、MDA等生化指标;轻取肾脏,免疫组织化学法检测肾组织VEGF、FN的表达,光镜下观察肾脏组织病理变化。结果 与模型组比较,L1、L2组的T-chol、BUN、MDA明显降低(P<0.05~0.01),SOD明显升高(P<0.05),VEGF、FN表达明显下调,病理学评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 复肾汤可以明显改善db/db小鼠肾脏损害,具有延缓糖尿病肾病病情发展的作用。
