基于膜蒸馏的中药水提液浓缩技术应用前景及问题探讨

Discussion on the Application and Problem of Traditional Chinese Medicine Water Extraction Concentration Technique Using Membrane Distillation

  • 摘要: 结合膜蒸馏技术的原理、特点及影响膜蒸馏效果的各因素,借鉴该技术在化学工程、食品工程等领域的应用,针对中药水提液的特性,对膜蒸馏技术应用于中药水提液浓缩工序中存在的问题进行分析。由于膜蒸馏分离系数高,在常压和低温下即可进行,该技术在中药水提取液浓缩工序中具有较好的应用前景,但影响膜过程的因素众多,必须结合分离过程中的热力学变化等机理进一步深入研究。
