中医药抗腹腔粘连实验研究进展

Experimental Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preventing and Treating Peritoneal Adhesion

  • 摘要: 从传统中医学和现代西方医学两方面阐述腹腔粘连的形成机制及影响因素,综述中医药防治腹腔粘连实验研究概况。认为活血化瘀和通腑泻下两类中药在预防和治疗腹腔粘连方面有显著疗效,但研究思路和方法仅限于药理学方面,对中药和复方的物质基础缺乏深入研究,多方位全面系统的研究亟待开展。
