Research Progress of Cellular Metabolomics

摘要: 代谢组学可以定性或定量分析生物体内源性代谢物及其对内外因素的应答规律。细胞代谢组学是代谢组学近年来的新兴领域,广泛运用于疾病机制研究、药理学、毒理学研究等并取得了一系列成果。简要综述细胞代谢组学近年来方法学的优化及在中西医领域的研究进展。Abstract: Metabolomics aims at qualitative and quantitative analysis of the endogenous metabolites and organism response law of inside and outside factors. Cellular metabolomics is an emerging field of metabolomics in recent years. It's widely used in the study of disease mechanism, pharmacology, toxicology and has obtained a series of achievements. This review outlines the progress of methodology in cellular metabolomics and its application in the field of medicine.
