犀角地黄汤对瘀热证H型高血压大鼠TNF-α、IL-6及血液流变学的影响
Effects of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction on the TNF-α, IL-6 and Hemorheology of Stagnated-heat Syndromes and H-hypertensive rats

摘要: 目的 探讨犀角地黄汤对瘀热证H型高血压(血同型半胱氨酸水平-Hcy升高同时伴有高血压)大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及血液流变学的影响。方法 造模瘀热证H型高血压大鼠成功后采用低中高3种不同剂量犀角地黄汤(含生药量0.75、1.5、3.0 g/mL)水煎液灌服,并选择空白对照,分别检测各组血TNF-α、IL-6及血液流变学,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 治疗前后比较,犀角地黄汤治疗组对瘀热证H型高血压组的TNF-α、IL-6及血液流变学的影响与对照组相比有明显差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),尤其以中低剂量为佳。结论 犀角地黄汤能够有效干预瘀热证H型高血压大鼠的TNF-α、IL-6及血液流变学,而且能够实现将复杂的卒中危险因素简单化进行临床研究。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction on the TNF-α, IL-6 and hemorheology of stagnated-heat syndromes (elevated homocysteine levels-Hcy accompanied with hypertension ) and H-hypertensive rats.METHODS Modeling stagnated-heat syndromes and H-hypertensive rats, then they were treated with three different doses Xijiao Dihuang Decoction respectively (0.75 g crude drug/mL,1.5 g crude drug/mL, 3.0 g crude drug/mL) as well as a control group with no treatment. To detect and analyze the TNF-α, IL-6, and hemorheology statistically.RESULTS The TNF-α, IL-6 and hemorheology in the treatment group were significantly different compared with the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), with low and middle dose more effective.CONCLUSION Xijiao Dihuang Decoction can effectively intervene the TNF-α, IL-6, and hemorheology of stagnated-heat syndromes and H-hypertensive rats, thus achieving the simplification of complex risk factors for stroke in clinical studies.
