摘要

摘要: 论述了西医、中医和中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的研究进展，西医治疗UC主要有灌肠、口服、静脉注射等疗法；中医治疗主要有汤剂口服与汤剂灌肠等疗法；中西医结合主要有西药口服+中药汤剂灌肠，西药口服+中药汤剂口服，西药口服+中药汤剂口服+中药汤剂灌肠，西药灌肠+中药汤剂灌肠，西药口服+西药灌肠+中药汤剂灌肠，西药灌肠+中药口服6种治疗方案，其中以西药口服+中药汤剂灌肠最为常用。
