清肺化痰治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效观察

摘要: 目的 观察清肺化痰法代表方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证疗效。方法 按照入选标准选取64例病例随机分成治疗组及对照组各32例;对照组西医常规综合治疗,治疗组在西医常规综合治疗基础上加用清肺化痰颗粒剂(免煎中药颗粒);2周为1个疗程。对2组治疗前后临床症状及肺功能、血气分析等客观指标进行比较。结果 治疗组临床症状、体征积分好转程度及肺功能、二氧化碳潴留改善程度均明显优于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论 清肺化痰方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰热郁肺证有很好的临床疗效,能改善临床症状、肺功能,并能减轻二氧化碳潴留,提高患者的生存质量。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of the basic clearing lung and eliminating phlegm prescription treating on the acute exacerbation phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome of COPD, and the influence on the pulmonary function and carbon dioxide retention. METHODS 64 cases, which were chose according the selected standard, were even-randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group were given western conventional therapy, and on the base, treatment group were add Qingfei Huatan Granule(a kind of TCM granule without decoct), and 2 weeks were one course. Then compare the clinical syndrome, lung function and blood gas analysis. RESULTS The treatment group are better than the control group on treating the clinical syndrome, physical sign, lung function and carbon dioxide retention(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Qingfei Huatan Granule has a good effect on treating the phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome of COPD. The prescription can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function, relieve the carbon dioxide retention and improve the quality of life.
