青藤碱治疗类风湿性关节炎抑制骨破坏的研究进展

  • 摘要: 类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)骨质侵蚀与关节破坏是近年来研究的热点。破骨细胞是导致关节侵蚀的主要细胞。将近几年青藤碱( sinomenine,SIN)在类风湿性关节炎骨破坏的调控机制予以综述,以期进一步研究SIN对RA破骨细胞的作用机制。
