去甲肾上腺素与异丙肾上腺素对大鼠心室肌细胞L型钙通道电流作用的比较

Comparison Between Noradrenaline and Isoprenaline in Their Effect on Type L Calcium Channel Electrical Current of Rat Ventricle Myocyte

  • 摘要: 目的比较去甲肾上腺素与异丙肾上腺素对大鼠心室肌细胞L型钙电流的作用强度,分析其可能的机制。方法采用膜片钳全细胞式的记录方法,观察去甲肾上腺素与异丙肾上腺素对L型钙电流幅度及电流-电压关系曲线的影响。结果异丙肾上腺素对L型钙电流的增加作用能部分地被去甲肾上腺素所抑制。结论(1)α1肾上腺素受体具有对抗p肾上腺素受体过度兴奋的作用,或/和(2)异丙肾上腺素对心脏晶肾上腺素受体的作用强于去甲肾上腺素。
