犀角及羚羊角替代资源的寻找与评价研究(Ⅱ)

摘要: 目的犀角及羚羊角替代资源的寻找与评价。方法运用高效液相色谱法测定对八种角中牛磺酸及胆固醇进行分析,运用分光光度法对其中的氨基己糖及游离蛋白进行了分析。结果对角类药材中牛磺酸、胆固醇、氨基己糖、蛋白质进行了分析。结论结果准确可靠、快速、灵敏、重现性好。研究结果提示,牛磺酸可能是角类药材的活性物质之一;不同种类角中的小分子成分组成相似,但含量相差较大。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To search for the substitutes for Comu Rhinoceri Asiatici and Comu Saigae Tataricae and make evaluations. METHOD HPLC method was used to analyze aminoethyisulfonic acid and cholesterol, and spectrophotometry was used to analyze aminohexose and free protein in eight kinds of homs. RESULT Analyses were made on aminoethyisulfonic acid, cholesterol, spectrophotometry, aminohexose and protein. CONCLUSION The method was accurate, speedy and sensitive, with good reproductivity. The result shows that aminoethyisulfonic acid might be one of the active substances in medicated horns, with similar constituents in the micromoleculs of different kinds of horns but different contents.
