1万PS膜对黄连解毒汤不同药物组合物理化学参数影响的初步研究
Effect of PS Membrane at Molecular Weight of Ten Thousand on Physical and Chemical Parameters of Different Combination of Drugs in Huanglian Jiedu Decoction

摘要: 目的 对黄连解毒汤的组分进行组合,探索不同药物组合的中药水提液在1万分子量的PS膜分离过程中的微观表现,方法测定膜分离前后各组合药物水提液的pH、电导率、浊度、黏度等指标,结果 各组合药物水提液的pH、电导率、浊度、黏度等表现出不同的变化。结论 1万分子量的PS膜可改变中药复方不同组合药物的物理化学参数。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore into the microscopic behavior of different combinations of water extract of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the separation process using. METHOD The pH value, conductivity rate, turbidity, viscosity, etc. of the water extract of different drug combination were determined before and after the separation was made. RESULT Different changes occurred in pH value, conductivity rate, turbidity, viscosity, etc. with different drug combination. CONCLUSION PS membrane at molecular weight of ten thousand can change the physical and chemical parameters of different combinations of Chinese drugs in compound recipes.
