微波辅助提取石蒜属植物忽地笑中加兰他敏的研究
Microwave Assisted Extraction of Galanthamin in Lycoris Radiata

摘要: 目的运用微波辅助提取法(MAE)提取石蒜属植物忽地笑中的加兰他敏(Galanthamine)。方法在微波功率和萃取时间一定的条件下,分别选用有机溶剂甲醇、乙醇、甲苯、丙酮及环己烷为提取剂,进行间歇性提取。结果在微波功率为450 W,以甲醇为提取剂,提取时间为6 min时加兰他敏的提取效果最佳。结论微波提取法适合于石蒜属植物中加兰他敏的提取。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To Apply microwave assisted extraction to extract galanthamin in lycoris radiate.METHOD Under the same conditions of microwave power and extraction time,methanol,alcohol,toluene,acetone and hexamethylene were used as the extractant to carry out intermittent extraction.RESULT The best extraction result was obtained with the microwave power at 450W,methanol as the extractant and 8 minutes as the extraction time for the extraction of galanthamin.CONCLUSION Microwave assisted extraction method can be used to extract galanthamin in lycoris radiate.
