脑宁康颗粒对大鼠脑出血后炎性损伤保护作用的研究
Protecting Effect of Naoningkang Granule on Inflammatory Injury of Rats after Cerebral Hemorrhage

摘要: 目的观察清热解毒法拟定制成的脑宁康颗粒对大鼠脑出血后炎性反应因子:血浆细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响,以探讨清热解毒法治疗脑出血的作用机制。方法实验大鼠随机分为假手术3d、7d组,模型3d、7d组,清热解毒3d、7d组,采用胶原酶Ⅶ诱导大鼠脑出血模型,术后2h,清热解毒3d、7d组给予脑宁康颗粒(2.4mg/kg)灌胃,另4组给予等量生理盐水,连续用药(1次/日),分别在3、7d后取血,应用酶联免疫吸附法和放射免疫分析法测定血浆ICAM-1、TNF-α含量。结果与假手术组比较,模型组血浆ICAM-1和TNF-α含量均明显升高(P<0.01),与模型组比较,清热解毒组血浆ICAM-1和TNF-α含量均明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论清热解毒法对脑出血后神经细胞损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与减少ICAM-1和TNF-α的产生,抑制炎症反应有关。
