Research Progress on the Basis and Application of Buffalo Horn

  • 摘要: 水牛角为牛科动物水牛Bubalus bubalis Linnaeus的角, 具有清热凉血, 解毒, 定惊的功效, 主要用治温病高热, 神昏谵语, 发斑发疹, 吐血衄血, 惊风, 癫狂等疾病。查阅历代本草书籍和文献资料, 系统整理水牛角的基原、性味功效、配伍应用、物质组成、鉴定与质量评价方法、生物效应评价、现代临床应用以及作为犀角代用资源的应用历史, 为进一步阐明水牛角的功效物质基础、作用机制及质量标准提升等提供研究思路与策略。通过梳理与凝练, 以期为水牛角基础与应用研究提供依据与借鉴, 为完善水牛角质量与药效评价体系、推动中药资源产业的可持续发展提供科学的理论依据。
